Refunds & Exchanges

At Designed 4 You, all of our items are custom handmade or personalised, and as such, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on these products. We kindly ask that you double-check all details, including the spelling of names and personalisation, before submitting your order.

Refunds may be considered at the discretion of Designed 4 You and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

This policy does not affect your Statutory Rights.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and we will be in touch with further instructions.

Coupon Codes

Promotional & discount codes are limited to one per customer.

Promotional codes/discounts cannot be used against sale and/or already reduced items in our shop. 

Discount coupons can not be redeemed against multi buy sets. If you return any of the items purchased with a coupon, the coupon discount or value may be subtracted from the return credit.
