Processing Times

All of our orders are individually personalised, made with care and attention to detail to ensure each piece is just right. Because of this, a little time is needed to create your perfect order.

Processing times provided are general guidelines, and while we always strive to complete and ship your items as quickly as possible, delays may occasionally occur—especially during peak seasons or holidays.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to deliver beautiful, one-of-a-kind items made just for you.

Guidelines:

• Passport Sets, Make-Up Bags & Small personalised gifts: 7-10 working days before dispatch
• Wine glass charms: 5 working days before dispatch
• Personalised Hangers & Glasses: 3-4 weeks before dispatch
• Personalised Clothing: 4-6 weeks before dispatch. If you require an item sooner, please contact us to arrange priority processing.

Taxes & Customs

Please note that there is no VAT applied to our prices.

Our shipping charges do not include any customs or duty charges that may be due in any Country outside of Ireland & the EU. If ordering from outside of the EU, please note that you may be liable to pay customs / VAT in your Country before receiving your order. Please check your local customs and excise charges. Designed 4 You have no control over those charges and they are the sole responsibility of the person placing the order.

Payments made through our site are securely processed and adhere to the SSL Protocol. We have a number of payment options at checkout including Paypal, Revolut Pay & Secured card payments.

Coupon Codes

Promotional & Discount Codes are limited to one per customer

Codes cannot be used against sale and /or already reduced items in our shop

Coupon codes cannot be redeemed against multi buy sets.

If you return any items purchased with a coupon code the discount or value will be subtracted from the return credit.
