    Product was incredible. Quality and standard is fabulous. Delivery however was unfortunate. Was ordered over 2 weeks prior to date of communion, posted on the Tuesday with next day delivery and yet it unfortunately arrived the Saturday of communion after communion service had started.

      Thank you for your feedback. I am delighted to hear that you like the robe. However, I’m very sorry that your order did not arrive in time for the communion service. The order was processed as a priority by request and delivered within 10 working days (please bare in mind that your order was placed on a Bank Holiday weekend). I did my best to have this order prioritised at this very busy period for communions & weddings and I can only apologise that it did not arrive in time for you.

      I hope you can appreciate I did all that I could to have your order personalised and delivered to you within 2 weeks of placing your order. However, I would like to send you a coupon code for future use on our website. I’ll email that to you separately, please keep an eye on your spam folder just in case it is sent there in error.

    The product was easy to order and when it arrived it was nicer than in the pictures. I made contact to see when my order would arrive and told them I needed it by a certain date and it arrived 2 days after contact. I will order from Designed4You again
