Communion Day Inspiration…

Well we can safely say, Christmas is over for another year!  After all the madness that is December, we really enjoyed the break over Christmas and New Year.  We are now ready and excited about this new year ahead.

I love the beginning of a new year.  Making plans and setting goals, aside from our business plans, I also like to set small personal or household goals, like planning a holiday or redecorating the house etc. but goals nonetheless. And this year is no different, except we have the addition of a communion to plan this year!  Its started already, we’ve been out looking at a few dresses and it would turn out that even the smallest dress in the shop is too big on our little miss!  It may be a case of designing and making the dress to fit  – No pressure then!

While I expected to make Alannah’s communion bag and purse set, a dress is ever so slightly different!  I’ve plenty of experience in communion bag sets, so I’m setting myself a whole new challenge if I finally decide to make the Dress!!  I think I’ll sleep on this decision for a wee a bit longer! 😉

While I don’t expect to go into dress designing or making any year soon, I can and will create a communion bag or purse for your little princess upon request.
